Every school district has a McKinney-Vento liaison whose job is to support students and families facing housing instability. They help with enrollment, transportation, school supplies, and meals.
Who Qualifies? Children and youth (birth–21) may qualify if their housing is unstable — including staying with friends, in hotels, shelters, or cars.
